A splash of Rose infused Ariki vodka with sprinkles of Lime juice, Violet & Hibiscus syrup and fresh Passionfruit are all lovingly shaken into a martini glass rinsed with rose water, naturally, to make this lush glass of roses.

  • 45ml Rose infused Ariki Vodka
  • 30ml Violet & Hibiscus syrup
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Passion fruit
  • Rinse martini glass with rose water
  • Mix the rose-infused vodka with lime juice, violet & hibiscus syrup and fresh Passionfruit
  • Shake and strain in to martini glass
  • Float and elegant rose petal for that finishing touch

You’ll find nature’s natural, fruity flavours of Kiwifruit, Lavender and lime fused with exceptional New Zealand tonic.Fan with kiwifruit for a rather spectacular finish.

  • 4 slices Kiwifruit
  • 2 slices Lime
  • 45ml Ariki Gin
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 30ml Lavender syrup
  • Quality New Zealand tonic
  • Build all ingredients into a large wine glass and stir
  • Garnish with a fan of kiwifruit for a rather spectacular finish.

With it’s shot of Raspberry vermouth, Blueberry infused Ariki Vodka and a sprinkle of Chambord thrown in. Raspberries and blueberries decorate this cocktail that’s been jammed packed with flavours designed to explode in your mouth.

  • 30ml Raspberry Vermouth
  • 45ml Blueberry infused Ariki Vodka
  • 10ml Chambord
  • Build ingredients into a martini glass
  • Pin fresh blueberries in the glass for a pop of flavour

    The great lake of Taupo in the central North Island has inspired this icy cocktail full of rocks of Pineapple, Apple and a generous splash of Coriander infused Ariki Gin.

    • 2 slices of Pineapple
    • 1/2 an apple
    • 60ml Coriander infused Ariki Gin
    • 30ml fresh Lime juice
    • 15ml sugar syrup
    • Muddle the Pineapple and Apple in a shaker
    • Hard shake and poor over fresh ice in short rock glass
    • Dress with a slice of Pineapple, Apple and a sprig of Coriander
